Before you withdraw for the first time, we require identity verification: submission of a government ID photo and a selfie for facial matching. Verification typically completes within 24 business hours. Once verified, you may request withdrawals at any time.

Withdrawals process through the same payment route you used for deposits. okidr does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their standard charges. Settlement times vary: mobile banking and local payment typically settle within subject to verification; bank transfers may take 3–5 business days. okidr is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks. Withdrawals are subject to verification windows and may be declined if identity documents fail verification.

okidr Bonus, Dispute Resolution, and Legal Framework

Dispute resolution

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint in writing to okidr's management address. We will respond to escalated disputes within 14 business days. okidr's decision on disputes is final and binding unless local law in your jurisdiction provides a formal appeals process.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

okidr operates under a jurisdiction-restricted model. Our services are available only where applicable local law permits online sportsbook and gaming activity. Users from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and other Indonesian cities may access okidr only if their local jurisdiction permits such services. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited.

okidr accounts may be suspended or closed at our discretion if we believe you are accessing from a restricted jurisdiction, or if we detect suspicious activity, fraud, or violation of these terms. Upon account closure, we will refund your account balance via your original payment method, minus any outstanding disputes or legal claims.

Limitation of liability

We at okidr provide our platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or any specific outcome from using okidr. Your use of our sportsbook, live-dealer tables, slots, and esports markets is at your own risk. okidr is not liable for losses incurred through platform use, payment delays, or third-party service interruptions. Except where prohibited by local law, okidr's total liability is limited to your account balance at the time of the claim.
